I had a very bad experience today in this place . I arrived in a broken-down car; it was moving very slowly, and I barely managed to make it to the address. I was ready to pay whatever price was quoted to get the problem fixed. During the phone conversation with the owner, I explained what had happened; he would periodically quote repair costs while sending his staff out to pop the hood and inspect the vehicle. The entire interaction with the owner took place over the phone; without even letting me finish my explanation, he rudely cut me off and told me to go somewhere else. Words cannot describe how I felt at that moment. The customer service leaves much to be desired .

Lalo and his team did great work on my jeep patriot needed a little work on my alignment and right away lalo and his team got to work and had it ready for me in 1 DAY ready to drive. Also at a very affordable price and great customer service get @ lalo and his team for the best work around San Antonio!! 🤩🙏🏽
